A pleasant facial combined with a gentle massage. The facial is packed with moisture, vitamins and antioxidants – a nourished boost for your skin! This treatment includes cleansing, peeling, a soft face and scalp massage (25min) plus a back and neck massage (50min).

A delightful treatment where warm and cold towels are placed on the lower legs and feet. The combination of hot and cold towels drains and minimizes the appearance of swollenness.
Up next you enjoy a relaxing massage with warm oil on the lower legs, feet, arms, and hands that creates increased elasticity in the body. We finish up by cleansing the face and performing facial and scalp massage.

Day guest
Treatments that are booked by our day guests shall be done in advance, preferably 4 weeks, as we have a large number of requests. Treatments can on some occasions be booked on the premises.
Show up in time for your treatments.
Unfortunately we cannot prolong your treatment time, which means that the treatment will be done in the time that is left, if you are delayed. You register and pay in the spa reception 15 minutes before the treatment starts. If you’re staying overnight at the hotel, we can put the check on your room, so that you pay at checkout. During the treatment we recommend that you wear underwear or dry swimwear.
In certain circumstances, treatments are not recommended.
Please inform us if you are pregnant (we only perform body treatments between week 13 and 35, and facial treatments up to week 35), if you have an allergy, inflammation, physical difficulties, if you’re on specific medications or suffer from any diseases. We have the right to refuse a treatment if you have a cold, virus infection, fever, problem with thyroid or burnt skin. We have a 16 year old age limit at Lido Club & Spa, to ensure the best possible experience for you.

Your booked time for treatment is confirmed and binding from the time you receive a separate booking confirmation from us. Cancellations later than 24 hours before the booked time will be charged in full. Please note that email conversations or filling out the form below with requests for times does not mean an automatic confirmation. We always try to satisfy your wishes as much as we can. With good anticipation of about 1 month, the chance of receiving treatments at the same time as well as the exact treatment or massage you have in mind increases.
